Milk & Honey Semolina
Ingredients
250ml whole milk
20g fine wheat semolina
5ml (1tsp) honey

Method
- Place the milk in a saucepan 1.
- When it starts boiling, sprinkle in the semolina and leave to cook for around 2 minutes over a low heat.
- Add the honey and mix.
- Pour into serving bowls or ramekins and leave to cool, then place in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours.
Tip
This recipe with semolina for babies is not suitable for freezing.
Good to know
Please note that infants should not be fed honey under the age of 12 months due to the potential risk of botulism.
