Peach Yoghurt
Ingredients
1 fresh ripe peach (approximately 150g)
60ml (4tbsp) Greek yoghurt

- Handheld blender or food processor

Method
- Place the peach in a bowl of boiling water for a minute. Remove carefully with a spoon, peel away the skin and discard.
- Stone the peach and roughly chop.
- Blend the peach with the yoghurt, using a handheld blender or food processor until smooth. Do not add any sugar.
Tip
Our peach yoghurt for babies is not suitable for freezing, but any leftovers will keep in the fridge in an airtight container for up to one day. This recipe would work equally well with other fruits such as mango, papaya or apricot.
