CERELAC® Wheat with Milk and Creamed Spinach

15ml (1 tbsp) frozen creamed spinach, defrosted
25g Nestle CERELAC® Wheat with Milk

Method
- Warm the creamed spinach in a saucepan.
- Prepare the CERELAC® carefully following the ‘make up’ instructions on the pack.
- Stir in the creamed spinach.
- Serve warm. Always remember to check the temperature to make sure it isn’t too hot before feeding it to your baby.
Tip
Use any CERELAC® Stage 1 product in this recipe; it will work just as well. If you don’t fancy making this homemade spinach baby food, add another smooth vegetable instead. The flavour of this wheat and milk infant cereal is plain and simple, so it’s a great base for adding different flavours.

Creamed spinach is often sold frozen in bags, conveniently packaged into individual portions to avoid any waste.
